JOIN US TO CELEBRATE 200 YEARS OF GEOGRAPHY AND GEOLOGY AT MCMASTER!

Alumni, staff, faculty, retirees and students are invited to join us as we honour 115 years of geology (established 1905), 75 years of geography (established 1946) and a new School name (Earth, Environment & Society). Our celebrations will reflect the dedication to teaching and learning, passion and camaraderie that are hallmarks of our program.

10:45 a.m. – Campus Tours

12:00 – 2:00 p.m. – Buffet Lunch and Lightning Talks
Check in begins at 11:45 a.m with speaker program beginning at 12:30 p.m.

2:30 p.m. – Tour 1 (Lloyd Reeds Map Collection/SEES Tours)
3:45 p.m. – Tour 2 (Lloyd Reeds Map Collection/SEES Tours)

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Cocktail and Hors D’oeuvres Reception (Cash bar)

$30 per person early bird pricing BEFORE September 22, 2023
$40 per person September 22 – 28, 2023.
(Price includes lunch, reception hors d’oeuvres, all events/programming and non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout. Cash bar.)
